Do you offer refunds or replacement photos?
Glen Watson Photography has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We can provide you with a full refund or replacement prints for all returned photographs.
*Please Note: Refunds or the replacement of images is not available on digital image purchases
How do i collect my Photo order ?
All photo orders received by photo-day will be delivered to the school approx. 4 weeks after the event.
Orders will be distributed by staff into Home groups. Students are then responsible for delivering orders home.
I have not received my order which was placed over 4 weeks ago ?
Please contact : orders@watsonphoto.com.au.
We will help to resolve any issue as soon as possible.
My order has missing items, how long will it take to get a replacement?
Replacement orders will be sent to your school for collection.
These orders are printed and dispatched within 3-10 business days.
How long do you keep photos on file?
We keep all images on file for a minimum of 5 years. If you would like to place an order for photos from previous years please call us on 0478 597 055 or email us at orders@watsonphoto.com.au and we will be able to assist you.
*Please Note: Archive fees & freight costs will be applied to individual orders. Call us for a quote.
What methods of payments do you accept?
For all online orders we accept all major credit cards.
Payments can also be made via your pay pal account - allowing you to pay from your bank account, without a credit card.
Orders will not be printed and dispatched until payment has been received.
Bank transfer and card payments can also be taken over the phone. A 10% additional charge applies for this service.
